“Healthified” Spinach Dip with Artichokes

4cups lightly packed fresh baby spinach leaves (4 oz)
1package (8 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
4tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
2cloves garlic, finely chopped
1teaspoon dried basil leaves
1can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
